who we are and what we do

history
The Colorado Carvers Club was organized in 1973 with 40 charter members.
Current family memberships bring the totals to nearly 300. Family membership includes singles, spouses, & children under 18.
Over the years the club has attracted woodcarvers from novice to intermediate to professional from all over the state.
meetings
Monthly meetings are held on the second Saturday of each month.
Beginning at 9 am until 11 am a carving seminar is held, featuring a monthly group project, beginner instruction or a chance for open carving time . Following this session is our business meeting combined with a fellowship, a sharing of ideas through a "Show & Share" table, and some programs related to carving.
